            On August 9, 2024, BBB completed an investigation into this business.  The investigation determined:

            BBB files contain complaints from consumers which allege issues with the product and customer service. Specifically, consumers report the venue for the July 2024 “BRT Weekend” event in New York was changed at the last minute and no compensation has been offered to ticket holders. Other consumers report they are unable to contact the business.  BBB files contain unanswered complaints about the business.

              We purchased tickets for an event they held. We spent $459.80 for the weekend and did not get the services they said we would get. They said said we were entitled to 3 free drinks per event and we did not get those drinks. We were unable to get free food which was also included in the event because the lines was too long and only one person serving. The event on Saturday didnt start until after the time stated on flyer. They didnt let anyone in until 12pm noon and the flyer said 10am. I would like a full refund this is complete chaos and they are not adhering to the terms they stated when tickets were purchased. This is insane to me. I want my money back this is unacceptable.

              O stars!!! ******** people out if their hard earned money. Spent over $200 for a 3 day pass for 5 events and the night before they change the venue inconveniencing many people!!! Venue became too far for me to travel. I want my money back.
