I ordered two products for my wife. Both arrived on time, but did not fit her at all, and the quality of the product did not seem consistent with the cost of the product. She was well within the sizing listed on the website. The site does not offer refunds or exchanges (the site also only lists one size for each of their items). I left reviews on both items indicting that the sizing was likely incorrect and to advise potential future buyers to consider purchasing only if they were within a narrower range of sizing and that it is not realistic to consider only one metric of sizing (i.e., height) for a product like this to be considered "one size fits most". The site asked me to verify my purchase in order to leave the review, which I did, but I noticed within moments that my review was removed from the pages of both items. Based on the the number and frequency of high-star reviews across all products, I am wondering if this site removes poor reviews (including legitimate and fair reviews of their products).
