      I ordered two products for my wife. Both arrived on time, but did not fit her at all, and the quality of the product did not seem consistent with the cost of the product. She was well within the sizing listed on the website. The site does not offer refunds or exchanges (the site also only lists one size for each of their items). I left reviews on both items indicting that the sizing was likely incorrect and to advise potential future buyers to consider purchasing only if they were within a narrower range of sizing and that it is not realistic to consider only one metric of sizing (i.e., height) for a product like this to be considered "one size fits most". The site asked me to verify my purchase in order to leave the review, which I did, but I noticed within moments that my review was removed from the pages of both items. Based on the the number and frequency of high-star reviews across all products, I am wondering if this site removes poor reviews (including legitimate and fair reviews of their products). I would like my money back from this purchase. I was order #*****

      Thank you for your message.  While we maintain a high level of quality control, sometimes these things happen.  We apologize for the unsatisfactory experience with out products.
      We can find no email correspondence or complaint from the customer. We did receive 2 almost identical low rating reviews on two different items at the same time. When this occurs the algorithm alerts our customer service to the notice. It is removed from posting until it can be investigated. The postings in question where forwarded on to Quality Control to check the possible issue and claims being presented.

      We discovered that the measurements on ******* were true to our claim with a flat waist measure of 22" and extended to 44", height 5' to 5'-10" woman's measurements. We had a 6' 220 lb try on with no issues.

      On the second item ****** we found waist measure of 20" flat and 40" extended, height did come in at 5'-10" less than the listed 6'.

      We have since updated the measurements for both these items to include waist and updated height. We listed height at less than measure just to be on safe side.

      We are attaching multiple ****** search specifications for average (Regular) size woman. 6' tall is a tall not a regular.

      We appreciate the customer bringing this issue to our attention so we could correct it. We wish they had contacted us directly for a quicker resolution to this particular issue.

      We have completed our investigation within 10 working days. The customer has been refunded due to their unsatisfactory experience.

      I purchased four pairs of tights that did not fit my wife. Only one item was opened and I want to return the other three which are unopened. The merchant does not accept returns or exchange instead they offered a discount. The products are one size so it does not really help me. I would like my money back. Order number is *****
