I have been trying to get my security deposit returned from Cypress Commons in ****************. I provided appropriate notice and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned when I moved out. I moved out October 23 2023 and she paid rent thru the end of October 2023. I lived in Apt C1. As I understand it the security deposit should be returned within 30 days.I am a senior and lives off my pension. I was a good tenant of Cypress Commons for over a decade. I peovided the new mailing address multiple times to the management. This inability to get a response from the landlord is causing a great deal of stress and mental anguish. I have inot gotten any response from Cypress Gardens after many, many inquiries. When the management at Cypress Commons does answer the phone , they say everything is being processed. I have been calling Cypress Commons over and over since the end of November 2023, and no one will provide any further information ll. I believe i may be taken advantage of of due to my age. My former next door neighbor said that no one from the Cypress Commons facility even entered the apartment for more than 6 weeks after I left. Additionally , over the last 12 weeks my daughters ******************** ******************************* has called the office in an attempt to assist and spoken to both a ******* and an ****. ******* told ***********************, that everything was being processed and she saw my mother was owed the security deposit. After not hearing anything back *********************** called again and spoke with ****. **** behaved in an unprofessional manner and would provide no information or help on the security deposit claim status in the organization. My daughter ******************************* called and emailed TPI management (owns Cypress Commons) and has had no response.
