    On July 25, 2022, I took my 2014 Chevrolet Impala to George Nahas Chevrolet to have an H-VAC Temperature Door Actuator replaced. My car has three of them in various locations behind the dashboard...driver side, passenger side, and one roughly in the middle. They begin to make an intermittent but noticeable tapping noise when they wear out. Approximately 10-12 minutes after picking my car up later that day, the same tapping noise from the same location (passenger side) could still be heard. I immediately called my Service Advisor to inform him of the situation and we agreed to return my car the following morning. Later that day, my Service Advisor called to inform me that more work and considerable expense ($1,200.00) would be needed to fix my car's tapping noise. I replied I wished to speak with someone for a fuller explanation. A few minutes later, I met with the Service Manager in his office and asked for an assessment of the situation. His reply was that the bad actuator had been properly identified and replaced, my car had been properly repaired and that apparently, one of the other two actuators had somehow gone bad in those 10-12 minutes it took me to drive home. My reply was this explanation defied common logic and could only be believable if the tapping noise was heard coming from one of those other two locations. It wasn't... exact same noise from the exact same location. He was resolute in his position that another $1,200.00 would be needed to fix my car and that I was now expecting him to fix it for free. I expected no such thing. What I wanted was a plausible explanation for why my car still had the very same problem it had when I first brought it in for service and why I had nothing to show for the $400.55 already spent on repair. I sent two separate emails to George Nahas management on this matter before filling this Complaint, and as of this date, have yet to receive a reply. Thank you for your attention. Seeking a $400.55 refund.

    I canted them because I had an issue I had been trying to resolve on my own for some time now. When I hit my brakes my truck trys to pull me to the right. They informed me that I had 2 open recalls, 1 for steering and 1 for braking. They also said that if the recalls didn't fix it then they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee of 1 hour labor which if ruffly $149 plus tax. It took me 2 phone calls and 1 message just to finally get someone. After they did the recalls I was told they will not look at my truck and that I needed to take it somewhere else. ***** was the service tech and **** is the department manager. **** was very rude on the phone. I then went and left a review which they deleted so I had to leave another one. They responded saying I expected them to do the work for free which is a lie. It is very unsafe to drive a truck with it trying to pull to 1 side. I dont know what will come of this I just hope they don't do this to another customer and something bad happens. By far the worst customer service and worst management I have ever delt with.
