I contacted *******"s Air ********* ** on 12/22/23 to fix an issue with our Tenants A/C unit the tenant said the heat was not working. Babione's technician came out to our tenants place and tried to look at the issue but it was to dark so the technician said he would come back the next morning. when the technician came back out he fixed the unit and we paid $1,500 for the after hours service call he replaced the fan and fixed the wiring in the unit. 2 months later the tenant complained about the same issue as before, we contacted another A/C company to look at the unit. he explained that the wires were zipped tied together which there for caused the wires to sit against a copper pipe that got hot and melted the wire casings causing the wires to put a hole in the copper pipe. we contacted Babione's Air in ********* ** about the wiring because the tech that came out in December told me he had zipped tied the wires together so they would not touch anything and caused the problem. they said they would send a tech out to look at the issue at no cost the same day 02/21/2024 the tech came out and fixed the issue. the next day a lady from Babione's Air called around 8:30 am on 02/22/2024 and told me that even thou they fixed the unit it was a manufacturer error not there's even thou the tech told me he did it the first time he came out. she then said that they should have not covered the cost because it was not there fault and even thou they are refunding me the cost of the fan for the unit they should not have done that either even thou the A/C unit was under warranty they expect the consumer to inform them about the warranty and make sure it is valid before they replace the part. but since I insisted on getting it fixed that day they put a higher price motor in the unit because I insisted they fix it so my tenant can have heat. and informed me they no longer can service any of my A/C units again because they took a loss of $1,100 they felt they were not responsible.
