A little more than a year ago I purchased a solar system and a Tesla Powerwall. shortly after a lengthy install they got it working. Part of the system is a gateway that controls the panels; about a week a go the gateway failed to communicate with the system App. I have called Enphase and Prosolar several times and respond in the same manner, "We'll have ********************* call you back. That has never happened in the past seven days. I'm sure they'll say I am a disgruntled customer, that's putting it mildly. I can't write what I really feel about them here.Review from Dan R

Worst company satisfaction. Had our panels for over 2 years and haven't seen a ***** of savings. They blame FPL and haven't returned any of my calls in a year. Total scam. Promised 97% offset of out electric bill. With panels leased, electric bill is around $700. They install and give you the finger when they're done. Ever since the solar panel were installed my ceiling started leaking. Since September 29, 2022 I called Prosolar 3 times and they could never find the leak, the gentleman that last came told me he couldn't find any leak and I understood from the conversation that there was nothing he could do. I never heard anything from Prosolar after the last visit, after a year and a half of struggling with the leaks every time it rain where I have to look for 3 buckets to place it on the floor. I got tired of that situation and i called a roofing company to replace the roof, then I called Prosolar for them to removed the panel for the roof to be replaced but they gave me a 15% discount for the job which i thouth it was an insult being that the roof started leaking after the installation. They want to charge me $2456.00 for the removal.Review from Solange R

Prosolar was definitely a great choice. Prosolar Installed a full solar system in my property in ********************* *********** 41 Panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall. I have alredy been 1 year with the service and everything since the first visit from the consultant have been a great experience. We have been day's without power and everything running perfectly. I really recommend the company. Every question I had during this year I always find an answer with the consultant or calling to their service department.Review from Andrew F

I am happy to write a review for ProSolar based on my experience. Their team installed a 31 KW residential system on my home in Davie, FL. From the original sales appointment with Jonathan R. all the way through
the final walk through with Juan A., the experience has been nothing but professional and the work was completed without exception. Their installation team kept the site free of any debris and cleaned up each day. I have no problem recommending ProSolar for all solar needs including their commercial work, which we have engaged with their team to install solar to cover our office's electrical needs. Overall, their work is top notch and I feel anyone will not regret making the decision to hire ProSolar over other solar companies out there.Review from Philip R

We started with this company and all we got were lies, ******************, missed appointments and a laissez-faire attitude. When challenged their comeback is to start calling the customer names.So now 3 months later we have Solar Panels that aren't working and paying for the panels and paying our usual electric bill. So this company gives good lip service, with little results.Review from Matthew W

I used Pro Solar for my house and couldnt be happier. ******** was very patient with me as I can be a tough customer, challenging what ** told and researching everything. After a few months of testing their consistency in information I decided to sign the contract. I noticed decent savings in a short period but it wasnt until I changed some outdated appliances and how I maintain my house that I noticed the real savings. I also had my accountant handle a lot of the financial aspects as Im clueless to fishing out the most rebates. Luckily the 3 friends *** referred have had similar experiences.Review from Ali C

Excellent and PROFESSIONAL work I have seen a lot of scams and shadiness in the solar industry and Pro Solar puts an emphasis on the PRO. Very quality work.
