I purchased a 500 gallon tank from Gas Pros on 31 Aug 2022. The specifications of work to be completed was to bury the tank with anchors and anode and run 15 feet of gas piping from tank to point-of-entry at house. Additionally install regulators at home and tank. The tank gauge does not work, specifically the internal tank gauge is inoperable. I contacted Gas Pros several times during 2023. The owner (Squire Muncy) came out Aug ************************************************************* he would replace. I called repeatedly asking when the fuel gauge was to be replaced. I left messages on the answering machine. My calls were not returned.I contacted ******* Gas and made a service appointment, 22 Dec 2023 to replace the external gauge. The service technician informed me the internal gauge was inoperable and could not be replaced until the propane tank was empty. Fair resolution of this matter: Internal fuel gauge replaced to include labor, $325.26 Reimbursement of $256.09 for the technician to correctly diagnose the issue.Attachements:Original invoice, Gas Pro Invoice diagnosing the problem, ******* Gas Estimate to replace internal fuel gauge.Business response

Good afternoon,
We received the documents pertaining to the complaint filed.
A reimbursement for both the gauge replacement ($325.26) and the service call ($256.09) totaling $581.35 will be sent to the customer.Check #**** was issued on April 8. 2024 and mailed to the customer.
We installed the propane tank following all permitting requirements and we received confirmation that the gas final inspection passed on Oct 24, 2022.
We did replace the external gauge dial, and when that did not correct the issue we reached out to the tank manufacturer. We were waiting on the replacement part needed to rectify the problem, which we were told was on backorder.
Thank you,
Squire Muncy
