I had an appointment on 11/17 at 12pm. I showed up at 11:55 and knocked on her door. No answer so I assumed she was with a patient. 10 minutes passed at I went to knock on her door again and no answer. I tried to go in and the door was locked. I waited outside for another 25 minutes and no answer. I checked my email to see if she had reached out saying that she had to miss our appointment and I had received nothing. I tried calling the phone number that she provided for me and had no answer. I finally left and tried to email her. 5 minutes after emailing her I received an email saying that her email is disabled and cannot be found. I tried emailing her again and I received the same thing. I tried calling the phone number 2 more times and left voicemails. Today is 11/29 and I still have no received an email or phone call. This was not my first appointment with Sharon. It was my 3rd. I was charged $140 for my second appointment. Considering that they don't take insurance, it is very expensive. The first time was a free 30 minute consultation. I've been trying to cancel all future appointments and no one will call me back. This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing. I am doing this so that other people can avoid what I am currently going through.
