              I placed an order for over $6000 in furniture in late Sep 2022. I received an automated reply with receipt. It's been over 3 months and I have not received any notifications from the company concerning delivery. I've called and left messages repeatedly. No one answers and no return calls or emails have been received. There website is now defunct. I believe this company has absconded with customers' money for orders placed as early as Aug 2022.

              If I could use zero stars I would. We ordered a $4,300 living room group with this company. We even talked with the supposed owners several times on the phone who seemed extremely helpful. When the shipping date was approaching, we were told it had been delayed. Eventually they stopped taking our phone calls, returning our voicemail, and would not answer our message on ********. We ordered back in August and we have not heard from Orlando Furniture Online since September. We cannot get our money back and now we are out $4,300 with no furniture. Do not use them. We have filed complaints with the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
