            Date of transaction: 3/14/23 Order#: ***** Order Status: On hold I placed order in early March and my status has been "On hold" since then. I gave my credit card information during the checkout process. So far, nothing has been charged to my card, but I am worried that it will eventually because they have my card information. I've contacted them via chat, email, contact card, and tried to phone. Every chat and email response says they'll forward my inquiry to the payment team and will get back to me in a day. But no one has ever followed up. I asked for a working phone # and they said only email and chat are available at the moment. This is super sketchy and I don't want anyone else to fall victim to them. Plus, I'd like my information to be wiped from their system completely. Thanks, ***** *****

            I placed an online order on 26 March 2023 for a Skee-Ball arcade machine from the website called Tomtami, and every time I check the status it says on hold. I then try calling the listed number and always get a busy tone. I then message them through their online support and every time they respond by saying they are having a problem with their payment gateway for their online orders and will let email me when my item ships. It is now April 28, 2023, and nothing has changed. I even looked at the address on google maps, and that address shows a hair salon in that location. Today I again conversed with someone through their email and got the same answer. I then replied back and asked if they would take any other payment such as a check or if I could come to the store to pick it up and pay for it there. They responded back by saying once the issue is fixed, they will email me, and never answered my question. I have not seen any charge for the item, but don't understand why they keep the site operational if they can't accept an alternate payment method. Recommend no one order anything from their website!
