We bought multiple fruit plants from this Nursery. We talked on phone in the first year as the mango plants looked different than one we ordered. they said they would take care of any problems. we were okay with that. then we called about the sugar apple trees as they were withering. talked with female and did what she asked with watering and fertilizer. the survived for a while and now dead. reached out but no response. finally emailed and some wrote now more than a year cannot help. and when we call they advised us to wait and take advice. its a time trap. i am not asking for money but replacement for my sugar apple plants (2).Initial Complaint

Plants arrived in poor condition. Sent pics to Plant O Gram only to have them tell me that the plants looked healthy. Light green leaves on entire plant indicated stress, unrelated to shipping. I was told it was new growth. All leaves on the tree was new growth??? Not hardly. Sent pics of an insect infestation. I was told that it was not a pest and the trees would be fine. The trees continued to get worse until they died. Ordered trees from another (cheaper) online nursery, they arrived healthy and are currently thriving. FYI, I am a serious patio gardener and currently have 10 citrus trees and 4 mango trees that are all doing well so I do not appreciate being treated like I have no experience growing plants and trees. The more I pressed them for a refund, the more rude they became. Buyer definitely beware. They are more expensive than most other online nurseries but their stock is subpar.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Panama Red Passion Fruit Vine and received it May 7, 2023. The total cost was $124.55. The vine I received had just a bit of green on it, and was much smaller than I expected. I considered returning it, because it did not look healthy, but since it had some green, I decided to keep it and see what would happen. I watered it as soon as I received it and planted it two days later. The spot I planted in my yard previously had a very successful passion fruit vine that we had removed a number of years ago. As of today, June 30, there is no green at all left on the plant, it is completely dead. I followed the instructions for planting, and the vine has been receiving regular water through my drip irrigation system. I have sent a number of emails to the company at the address the provide on their web site, all have bounced back. I have also called the company a number of times, but only get an answering machine. I contacted the company through their live chat, and was told there would be no exchange. I am highly disappointed in the plant I received. I don’t necessarily want my money back, but would like to receive a healthier plant.Initial Complaint

On February 17,2022 I received an order from Plant O Gram. The order number:********* total 208.20 for a Siamese mango for 148.40 and plantain for 59.8. I chose this company because of the mango even though it was expensive and I trust the company because of the face of O magazine all over their website I was disappointed by the size of the tree 15 inches without the pot. but I wanted that mango tree to add to my fruit collection. The plantain leaves some were dead but I can take care of it. I left the plants in their original pot and soil an follow all their instructions. I placed them with all my tropical plants in my solarium within a little over 3 weeks the mango tree was dead. I was busy Today I called the company the lady that I spoke with was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She told she doesn't guarantee her plants she doesn't refund nor exchange. She tried to intimidate me by telling me that " I'm threatening her livelihood" if I report her to BBB. She started ranting about other business that guarantees their plants, how every one thinks they are farmers. She was talking about everything except the issues at hand. I would rather have a refund but I will settle for a replacement. I wish I had checked bbb before throwing $208.00 at them. I hope this can be solve and get a refund of 148.4 or a replacement for the mango tree.
