This company scams travelers! They use false advertising and pictures to lure customers into booking a rental. Upon arrival, they switch you to a different house due to the previous guests damaging the property. The actual house that you booked does not exist. They refuse to refund you. They do not answer phone calls or emails. There is no manager to escalate issues to. This is not a legitimate business.

      Business response

      02/24/2023

Conclusion: The client lies in all her statements and clearly leads her in bad faith, making her claim false and fraudulent, which lacks evidence to support and demonstrate the veracity each word in her claim.
The customer complaints: they use false advertising and images to lure customers into booking a rental.
All Vacation Dreams advertise the property online, the images are the ones that correspond to that house, Google can help this client to demonstrate the falsehood of what she manufactures with bad intentions. The advertising exists with the purpose of showing travelers what the vacation homes look like, in the case of this client the house that she rent is the one shown in the link: ***********************************************
Client complains: Upon arrival, they move him to a different house due to previous guests damaging the property.
All Vacation Dreams is not involved in the property that the client had previously reserved through Marriott Villas, and they canceled because the previous guests destroyed the house, this statement was written by the client who claims us for this cancellation of the which we have nothing to do.
All Vacation Dreams gave her an available 9-bedroom house located at the Storey Lake Resort, the same resort that Marriot Villas canceled the client's reservation.
The client complains: They do not answer emails.
Absolutely False. All Vacation Dreams shows more than fifteen written emails were answered to the client. Where is the evidence from the client that proves otherwise?
The client complains: They do not answer the phone.
All Vacation Dreams records all incoming and outgoing phone calls. The client never left voicemail messages and so we mentioned it to her in one of our many emails, so again the client is lying.
The last telephone communication with the client was on February 15, 2023 upon arrival at the house because the client claimed that the code that we provided for the digital lock of the main door was not correct since it did not enter, the problem was that the client was not entering the check mark after the code, All Vacation Dreams was forced to send a text message to the client's cell phone with the code mentioning that she should press the check mark after entering the code in the door.
Clearly the client did not carefully read the voucher / arrival information that she received at her email address, she only limited herself to extracting the address of the property.
Customer claims: This is not a legitimate business.
False, All Vacation Dreams is a business in the state of Florida since 2009 with an A+ rating on BBB and a 10 rating on most OTAS.
This client must be blacklisted in our network market business since everything the client claims is absolutely false, and it proves this by not providing evidence to prove its veracity. The claim evidently demonstrates the client's malicious intent to fabricate and slander All Vacation Dreams and defraud All Vacation Dreams' image in any way. The relief of this client is not with us but with Marriot Villas.
The client complains: the real house that he reserved does not exist. They refuse to refund you.
What is the proof that this client provides to ensure that this property does not exist?
The property exists and was built by ******, a registered property in the city and in the state of Florida.
All Vacation Dreams diligently delivers the accommodation on time, facilitating access to all the occupants mentioned by the client booking’s form, official reservation document in the rental contract.
Renting an accommodation with nine rooms equipped for 20 people, early access from 2:00 PM to the property even though the client entered at 2:59 PM, the heating of the pool and the heating of the spa were satisfied by All Vacation Dreams.
Documentation proving the falsehood of the claim by the client.
February 14, 2023, at 14:07, customer sent an email as follow: “We were actually booked at Storey Lake Resort through Marriott Villas, and they called today to CANCEL our booking because the previous guests trashed the house. Thank you for expediting the documents to get this settled before our flight down there. We really appreciate it :) This is a nice conclusion to a stressful situation. (See attachment A and attachment #1).
February 14, 2023 @ 2:03PM the customer completed and signed the reservation documentation requested early check in which is from 2:00PM. The reservation documents included an authorization to All Vacation Dreams to charge to the credit card any requested service associated with the reservation, see attachment #-4 and attachment tracking **** ****** reservation documents.

      Business response

      03/04/2023

All Vacation Dreams has already responded to each point of the claim and has also attached documentation that demonstrates the falsehood of the claim itself. The price for the nine-bedroom vacation home offered was accepted and paid directly by the customer. The relief for the customer is not with All Vacation Dreams, she must look for it in the other companies that she mentions.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

All Vacation Dreams HAS NOT addressed the only issue that matters. They provided a long response with irrelevant information. What is their  explanation for the following issue:

I booked and paid for a reservation for **** ****** **** ***. I was switched to **** ********* **** without notice or explanation. What is the reason? All Vacation Dreams has failed to address this simple situation. If they would simply acknowledge that this happened and offer some type of resolution, I would not have involved the BBB. I have called and left 3 more messages for this company without a response. Marriott has NOTHING to do with my booking through All Vacation Dreams. My issue is directly with this company.

      Sincerely,

      **** ******
