      I paid for a trip and never got it.I spoke to *****, during Covid, he said I had three years to book.I could never reach anyone again.

      I spoke to *****, he told me I had 3 years to book. This was the beginning of the pandemic. I havent spoken to a live person since. I called and reached an answering machine that said leave a message. I never got a call back. Then the number is no longer working.

      I know the contract said I had a certain time limit, but when the pandemic hit, I spoke to ***** and he said it was extended and within that time within the three years, I tried reaching them over and over and over and I never got anywhere and theyre telling me to refer back to the contract Well thats still not helping me. I like my money back or if theyre still in business maybe they can give me that trip to ******* that was paid for please tell me what to do next.

      I cant read what they uploaded nor what I can see of it do I see my company name anywhere.  They need to provide the entire contract to show proof  including all the terms and conditions that they initialed Before anything will even be submitted for consideration

      I need the contract I find it funny that they dont want to send the contract because they know that they are not entitled to a refund. This is going to be my last and final answer and I want this case closed if they dont provide the proper documentation with the full contract.

      This is all I got from *****. This was a very valuable ******* Never Zelle anyone unless you know the person. I learned that the hard way I got a flyer from someone I know. They got it from their from their job. They had gone on trips before with you guys. I didnt know any better. I wanted to go to ******* so I called the number off. The flyer paid with *****. The only receipt I got was the one I sent to you and I will send it again and I was in contact with ***** and he assured me that everything was just fine and then when I tried to reach you, nothing.

      They are clearly intentionally not sending the entire contract where it shows the terms and conditions that each client must sign which will show proof that they are not untitled to a refund nor did they purchase travel insurance for Things like Covid

      I purchased a vacation to Aruba through this company. Everything has been paid for including the airline fees. I was told that I have 3 years to take this vacation, after I rescheduled it once after having surgery. It's been about a year and a half since I last spoke with this company and I am now ready to take my vacation. To my surprise, none of the contact information is valid. I would like to take my trip or be refunded.

Aside from that please ask to have them provide the trio insurance which she would have had to purchase in order to get a extension. We don't offer any kind of refund unless trip Insurance was separately purchased. I'm addition it was no fault of our own that she was scheduled and unfortunately had to cancel due to surgery, but that also would have required her to have purchased trip insurance to cover something like that as well. I'm sorry but until the proper documents are provided I can't help her. Thank you Wynpoints

Please ask the customer to send a email to the email listed on their contract. Requesting a booking date with their contract number and name in the email. We have extended vacation dates to Eligible customers. Everything needs to be in writing...there are no phone calls being accepted for extension requests.       I purchased a corporate travel deal through this provider in 2018 and have not been able to solidify my travel dates or resort location with them. I was initially told by them that I had a 2-year time frame to confirm travel dates. I outreached them in 2019 to confirm dates for early 2020, then the COVID pandemic occurred. I was told by them that they are not booking at dates at that time (early 2020) and to reach back out to them mid-2020, i did so and they still had travel restrictions on non-domestic locations but assured me that although I am within my 2 yr period of confirming dates, they will still allow me to book dates past this time frame due to COVID and to outreach again a later time. Fast ward to recently (spring 2021) I am no longer able to communicate with them or receive any form of response back to my emails. They are no longer responding to my emails and the phone numbers they initially provided me are now inoperable.

The pandemic is still effecting travel and until things are back up and running normally we are not traveling customers. We are offering extension options to customers that qualify. Please have the customer write a email to the email address on their contract not to call and once we are traveling customers again we will be reaching back to them. There is no time line on when that will happen...especially with the new Covid wave and variance plus restrictions are being put back in place all over again. We are at the mercy of the opening up of discounted travel from our contracted resorts and it is out of our control. No refund option is available on the package.
