This business has become an absolute joke, no longer accepts **************** because they have screwed over so many customers, has no sense of accountability nor ethics, has an alignment machine that no longer works properly, and worst of all, they hire subcontractors to work on your vehicle at their shop without telling you. They tried charging me an extra $75 "diagnostic fee" when I'm the one that diagnosed it and asked them to look at it and let me know. They claim I agreed to pay this fee that was never mentioned to me. The subcontractor technician's complex diagnosis worth $49.99... "belt tensioner and idler pulley make noise". LOL! I dropped my vehicle of at 10am August 25, 2022 and it was scheduled to be ready by the end of the day. I checked my dashcam and the shop never even touched my vehicle once all day until they pulled it inside before closing that night. When I went to pick up the vehicle today, August 26, 2022, they lied that they never promised me when it would be done and what would be done for what amount. They refused to take **************** and even after charging my ****, the owner Jovany D******* got in my face and tried to intimidate me to not write any note on the invoice documenting the dispute. Winter Garden Police Department was dispatched to the shop around 12pm and Jovany was forced to provide me a receipt and give me back my keys. They were so pissed! They thought they could strongarm me after engaging in fraudulent misrepresentations, but luckily they have not switched to cash only yet. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you ask the right questions and ensure you are an informed consumer than you would literally be better off going to Fields BMW where they are actually specialists and not subcontractors working on your vehicle a day after it was promised to be ready for pickup. See the attached invoice, receipt, and picture of the inspection report listing the technician as Michael, Subcontractor.

      Business response

      10/13/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/09/07) */ Mr. **** ****** came in on August 25, 2022 at 10:04am for his appointment. He brought his own tires for us to install, wanted us to perform a four wheel alignment, and wanted us to diagnose a belt noise. We gave him all the prices including that $49.99 diagnostic for the belt noise. Customer signed and left the vehicle for us to complete. Customer was informed we will give him a call later on the day to see how we are doing with the repairs. Unfortunately the tech that was assigned that vehicle got stuck on an unexpected longer repair and wasn't able to get to Mr. ******'s vehicle. Ken, my service advisor gave him a call and explained that unfortunately we weren't going to be able to finish his car but will be done early morning the next day. The next morning we had to replace the tires. We looked at the belt complaint and the vehicle overall the day before. We couldn't find the client's wheel lock to remove the wheels so we called the customer and left a voicemail. We found a universal wheel lock that I personally had and were able to complete the tire changing on the vehicle. Customer then called and was explained that we couldn't find the wheel lock but were able to complete the tires. Customer at this point decided to insult and curse at my service advisor Ken. I called the customer right back and left him a voicemail to call back. Customer never called back and just showed up to the shop around noon. We were just finishing the vehicle for him. He came in insulting myself, Ken and my business. He was saying really terrible things to us and I was just apologizing that we couldn't get it done the day before. The car was completed and brought around to the front. I told the customer that his total is $428.41, which is what he signed for the day before nothing extra. This is when **** decided to say that he didn't sign that. I explained to him he did and that I have it on camera. I showed him the camera on when he signed the paper the day before. He then said we changed the numbers. I told him please just pay for what we have done and that it, which was the $428.41. Customer gave me an ******** *******, but I explained that we don't accept ******** ******* because of their high fees to the business. He then decided to call the police in this matter. Meanwhile myself and my employees are all calm about everything. The police officer arrived and told the customer he has to pay the bill and that we don't accept ****************. He gave me his***** and said "I just wanted the police report" and started to laugh in our faces. We gave him the merchant copy to sign and he started to write that he was forced to sign. I told him not to write on my paper and to write on his copy. I grab the paper from him and he then decided to start mocking us. I went back outside and told the officer the issue and officer told him to sign and then he can get his keys and his copy of the paperwork. While I was outside he started to mock Ken for his English Accent. Ken decided it was best just to walk away from him as well. Took the keys and his copy and walked to his car. At this point he decided to yell at me "My car sounds so nice!" I just walked inside. Customer since has written four untruthful reviews on***** and ******. He has also sent us ****** quote with horrible things as well. I had my lawyer send him a Cease and Desist because he has written untruthful hateful things.***** has since removed both of his reviews for breaking***** policies. Attached you will have the copy he signed to perform the repairs as well as the receipt when he picked up. I also have attached the reviews and the ****** quotes. Thank you
