Booked a ticket package and stay through this company requiring a time share presentation attendance to receive a deposit refund Completed the presentation and requested the refund. Have been unable to have the refund process. Our calls are ignored and hung up on. When we requested the refund from another phone number they said they would process then we received additional charges to the card they had on file and he signed up for specifically for this vacation. Eventually had to create a credit dispute, as soon as we did we received an attempted charge notice that failed because a the old card number was used. This company was the only one that had the card number on file. They do not respond to calls or follow through on promised services.Business response

As you can see in your email the refund process take 7 - 10 Business days to be completed in our end and your bank will take 2-3 days
to release your funds . We received a call on April 6 from your phone number * **** ******** , conversation call last for 20:52 (Screen shot and recorder conversation Attached ) , after our customer
service rep confirmed with Vacation village at parkway the refund process and you received an email with the confirmation for this process ( Email attached ) , a second call from same number * **** ******** April 14 at 11:25
completed by our customer service rep informing you the refund process is in progress (Screen shot and recorder conversation Attached ).
REFUND COMPLETED : March 21 -2023 ( email sent to you on April 21 attached ) .
You started a Dispute in April 25 - 2023 with no reason because funds were already release to your bank ( Screen Shot from our merchant system showing the date ).
Our apologies if you were not satisfied with the refund process but is the resort policy and we jus follow guidelines, for Domestic cards take up to 10 business days and for international cards
take 20 business days .
After we review your case owe suggest to contact your Bank Customer service department to clarify why the hold your funds for a long period and
why the start a dispute process after the full refund it was completed .
