      I hired Hurst lawn spray of Winter Garden.On 3/17/23 Obie came at 9am an went on to spray an feed my lawn. I gave him a check for the fee. He left after only 25 minutes. I went on my outside Camera system and saw that most or some areas were not covered at all. I all so noticed when he was on his lawn Cart he had a handheld wand that he would spray intermittently. I called Hurst an was told the spray system on the cart did not work because he cannot get parts for it as told to me by UNYA who answered the phone at hurst. When I spoke to Oboe he began to yell at me an said I was a Jack-xxx over an over.. I am so sorry that I called Hurst. H e said the boss would all me....... the boss never did. call back.

      Mr. ********** requested we start service again on his lawn last week. Our technician arrived within two days with the correct machinery in working order. His lawn was treated according to industry standards with the correct products his individual lawn required and full coverage. The technician treated with granular fertilizer, blew the fertilizer off all concrete surfaces, and then spot-sprayed individual weeds which takes a minimum of 30 minutes. Mr. ********** was charged the 2018 price with a note on the invoice saying the next service would increase to 2023 prices as the cost of materials has doubled in 5 years. Mr. ********** wrote a check and gave it to the tech. He later called the office complaining that he looked at his cameras and said he couldn't see anything being sprayed. He asked why we weren't using the big ride-on machines as we had in 2018, the last time we sprayed his yard. He was told we could no longer get parts for the old machines, and we invested in new stand-up machines to better serve our customers. He rudely berated our office manager for over 15 minutes while she attempted to explain to him that his lawn was, in fact, sprayed, and the technician spent over 30 minutes treating the lawn. Mr. ********** then told us to "never come back" and hung up the phone. The office manager then let the technician know of the situation, and while she was on the phone with him, Mr. ********** called five times in a row leaving nasty messages. The technician called Mr. ********** and attempted to explain to him the treatment he received, the products used on his lawn, and why and how the machinery worked. Mr. ********** continued to yell at the technician. After exhausting all attempts to please this customer; the technician ended the conversation. Mr. ********** then called the technician back four times, leaving inappropriate messages and calling him names. We feel we did our best to serve this customer. No one should be spoken to the way he spoke to both the office manager and the technician. Some customers are beyond pleasing, and we certainly went the extra mile.

      Hired Hurst because my lawn service person recommended them. After dealing with luv-a-lawn for over a year (contract) I didn't think things could get worse - they did. Hurst not only did NOTHING for my lawn - they charged me $85 for nothing, and then abandoned. Tried reaching-out .. no response.

      Mr. ****** asked us to start service on his lawn, and he was added to the August schedule and treated on 8/4/21. He called and texted the office on Saturday, 9/11/21. The office is closed on the weekends. He then sent a text on Sunday, 9/12/21 canceling service because he did not receive a response from a text and voice mail he sent while the office was closed. His call was returned on Monday, 9/13/21, at 11:31 am. There was no answer, and he did not have a voicemail to leave a message. He then sent an email confirming his cancellation on 9/20/21. We responded to the email acknowledging the cancellation and asked if he had a reason. No response.
