I bought a Kona leash many years ago, and had no issues with it. This time, I ordered (********), and it came with the incorrect carabiner (correct one is pictured on the website). I reached out to them over a week ago, twice now, and no response. Just want to resolve this issue (get the correct product), but there is no phone number to contact them and email is not working (either info or **********************Business response
