We had a very positive experience with ResalesDVC. Rachel and Glenn were both very professional, helpful and communicative throughout the sale process. Each step along the way was explained thoroughly and guidance was provided as needed. We listed in mid September 2023 and had our closing today, December 20, 2023. Just sold my Disney Vacation Club closed on June. 14, 2023. All I have to say it was short timeframe. 05/23/2023 We have enjoyed our Disney vacations using our points investment for many years. When it came time to reduce the total a bit we received a recommendation suggesting Garden Views Realty, Inc. Our experience with Kristen, Glenn and others on the ResalesDVC team was excellent. Communications with Kristen and Glenn were detailed, efficient and accurate. The entire selling process was very easy using their recourses and experience with Disney selling requirements. Process was seamless. Willie was responsive and made sure I got the contract that I wanted. Glenn was informative and offered me quick updates throughout the closing process. The folks at ResalesDVC are incredible. This is our second time working with the Tutus family. Throughout the process there was never a time where I was wondering what was taking place. This is the second time we have worked with Resale DVC and have been very happy with their service and communication though the DVC point purchasing process. They kept us update on the status of our purchase through the initial offer, Disney sale approval process and closure.
