HORRIBLE RESORT.... We had termites in our room... We informed the front desk and they said someone would be right up... NOBODY CAME... Told management and he promised he would take off any resort fees. THAT NEVER HAPPENED... THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST.... They also only clean your room every 5 days??! THIS IS WHY THE HOTEL IS DISGUSTING... PLEASE STAY ANYWHERE BUT HEREReview from Trina W

Could. It check in until after 530pm Got to the room and the guest bathrooms sh head was broke and the other party of four wouldn't take a shower I call around six something I was told someone was coming never happened called back twenty mins later I was told someone would be there within twenty mins not by 1030 pm after getting back from shopping the shower head still was not fixed I called again once again I was told someone one was coming not it the next morning 10am and shower still not fixed I called the front desk to complaint and again they stated someone was coming and offered us to stay until 4pm but that doesn't help when we have somewhere to be as a group I'm not happy at all and could not enjoy my stay and now the part of are vacation is set back because of a shower
