    Christmas of 2023 I was traveling. When I returned home I received a gift purchased from Ravella. The size did not fit. I asked for a return and they said that the return window had closed. They claimed that they offered an extra week for the holiday, however, if a purchaser is planning ahead, and the receiver is traveling, there is no accommodation given. I spoke to their chat team (there is no way to reach a live person, no phone number, only an online chat)They apologized, for the companys terrible customer service policy. I attempted to pursue an exchange & purchased a more expensive item from their store. I shared my size, measurements, **************** They told me the ******* coat I selected would fit, and that while they dont have petite sizes, I should be just fine with the xs size. I had no option but to trust them. The chat system specifically says that those people chatting are fit experts. They cant help with customer concerns, but fit is right up their ally, so they say. So I invest double the original purchase, based on their employee recommendation. I took the time to say, if this wont fit, Id rather look at something else, they said it will fit. keep in mind, their product line is extremely limited & prices more than double the market for 80s style products. exchange options are limited. I ordered the coat. At 52 it was huge! The arms came down to my finger tips, the length was to my lower calf & the body was huge. It looked like an oversized robe, not attractive at all. This is their smallest size, & is appropriate for no less than 55 regardless of what they attempt to say to make a sale. I contact the online chat again immediately, & they refer me to email customer service. There is no option to speak with a live person. For the prices they charge, having excellent real time customer service is a must, yet they elect not to provide this service, which is a huge red flag. Buyer be ware. They dont care. want a full refund of $980

    I purchased two silk shirts from Ravella. Had them shipped. Didn't like the fit. Submitted for return. Took a while to hear back from their email only customer service department. Sent the shirts back within their return policy of 14-days. Waited weeks and they are not giving me a refund on one shirt. Claiming since a tag was removed. The tags were included in the box. How can you try a shirt with a tag sticking in your side? They should be avoided!!

    We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. As noted in our Return Policy, and consistent with most online apparel retailers, returned items must be in clean, unworn condition with all tags attached. Normally the item would not be accepted be automatically sent back to the customer. However, instead of rejecting the returned item, we had made a special courtesy exception and issued store credit to you that can be used towards a future purchase, as we value and appreciate you as a customer. Our Return Policy can be accessed here: https://shopravella.com/pages/returns-exchanges Our Return policy states: "Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Do not remove tags and return all original packaging and receipt. Items in disheveled condition, or with stains, visible wear or with tags cut/removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer without refund."
