1 starTERRIBLE! DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON ************ is an absolute piece of c*** They did our roof in ****** ** in Jan 2024. First problem, they did not finish the job. They sent someone out THREE different times to finish the work and we still had to do several things ourselves. Second problem, they threw out all the boards which we needed to get paint matched so we could, as I said, finish the work. This cost us an extra $400 to have someone else repaint the trim in a uniform color.Third problem, and our biggest complaint: In May, literally four months after the job was completed and no contact from the company, West Orange Roofing mailed us a Notice of Intent to Lien for $300. This is literally 1.3% of the total cost of the roof. They threatened us, with no prior notice, to put a lien on our house for a pittance. Who does that? Greedy scumbags, thats who. We talked to a woman named ******* in their office who said the total contract price went up by $300 because the workers needed to buy three boards which had not originally been priced in the contract. She said she called us numerous times at a phone number, which she read back to us, and it was incorrect. They didnt try to email us, or mail us an invoice, they called the wrong number and went straight to threatening a lien.I hope everyone at West Orange Roofing who read this review chokes on it. They are absolute garbage human beings. I wish I could use stronger language to describe how terrible they are. Do not get involved with them for any reason.Review fromMick C

West Orange Roofing did an excellent job. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, dates for the shingle delivery, dump trailer delivery and roof install were exactly as promised. Crew that worked on the job were very professional and the clean up was impecable! Our thanks to ******* crew #1

West Orange Roofing was amazing, they were quick, very professional and their crew courteous. I felt they were very detail oriented to making sure everything was done right. They communicated well. Even the owner stopped in to ensure everything was just right. They were not a ***** over the original price I signed for on the estimate! Their crew cleaned up the property perfectly which made our experience fast and worry free. I highly recommend them A+West Orange Roofing, Inc.

We have always thought highly of West Orange roofing and had several small jobs that needed repair something other roofers dont like to waste their time with!So when a storm came through and did significant damage to our roof we knew immediately who to call. From beginning to completion the workmanship was of excellent quality.Even the cleanup was STELKAR! (we have a new pup and were concerned about the ***************** We shouldnt have been as they went around with a magnet, and picked every single one of them up! Thats how attentive they were! We are in the real estate business and take quality work seriously! West Orange roofing was dependable and thorough. We know good folks when we meet em! Blessed!West Orange Roofing, Inc.

The hurricane Ian had just hit and I had some roof damage so I called around for estimates for a new roof and West Orange Roofing replied first I thought I was signing an estimate but I was signing a contract for $21,000 plus to get my roof replaced come to find out I have to go with whom ever my insurance company provides so I told Tim who was my representative for West Orange Roofing and he said there is nothing he can do so go ahead and let the insurance company take care of it now since People Trust is going to cut me a check they ( West Orange Roofing) want to do the roof . The BOTTOM LINE IS THEY PRICE GAUGDED ME a single woman with two jobsWest Orange Roofing, Inc.

West Orange Roofing, Inc. has received the Tortious Interference Letter from People's Trust Insurance Company. *** has the right to select a contractor to repair your roof. Our company does not price gauge anyone, you were given an accurate estimate of the cost and time needed to repair your roof. I have a copy of the contract you signed.Shevedda W

We are on a time crunch and will lose our insurance due to roof age. We hired West Orange Roofing to inspect our roof. They charged us $500 for the inspection. Reputable companies in the are are charging $75 for the same inspection. We reached out to them and were ignored. Thanks for taking advantage of us!West Orange Roofing, Inc.

As you shared in your review, this is the price we charge for an inspection, I'm not sure what other companies are charging. You were told what the inspection would cost upfront, before it was ever done. When doing an inspection, we are using our license as roofing contractor. We do apologize if you feel you have been taken advantage of. Our customers are the heart of our business.
