I purchased a portable hair washing sink for my hair salon. It been less than six months now. I can't even use this sink to wash my clients hair no water out. Its affecting my business not being able to provide hair wash for my client. I've contact them several times no response. Finally I received an emailed from portable sink depot. Which informed I need to contact the manufacturer for the pump. I did as advised. I received a new pump had it installed but still not working. I regret purchasing this sink from this company. I tried to contact them they said I agreed to pay for the sink regardless if I return it or not, I should have read my contract. This is a scan. What they charge for the sink and interest is all a scam. I'm not sure how they are able to get away with this. I'm stuck with the sink that doesn't work. I purchased a black portable shampoo bowl, with rollers, plus an extra fresh water and grey water reservoir. I am completely satisfied with the unit. It appears to be a quality product; it was simple to set up; and it is simple to operate. The unit also has a very nice look to it. The portable shampoo bowl is an excellent tool for those who find a need for such equipment, but have no plumbing. The sink boasts a ledge which can be used to store products. The water pump provides more than adequate pressure from the installed sprayer. The temperature on the water heater can be adjusted, and I find the amount of hot water it supplies to be sufficient for even my busiest days. Everything (both fresh water and grey water reservoirs, water heater, and water pump) is conveniently packaged within the cabinet, making for a compact and elegant looking unit.Review from Breianna S

I’m going to say this this freaking sink is the real deal!!!!!! LIKE WHO EVEN THOUGHT OF THIS BRIGHT IDEA I WANT TO MISS THEM, I’m using my husbands ****** so I am a girl lol but it’s so convenient my salon chair reclines so I can move my sink to my chair and roll it back like YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD GET YOU A SINK I BROUGHT THE SHAMPOO SINK AND WASH BOWL SINK FOR MY SALON SINCE I COULDN’T DO PLUMBING WHEN I SAY IM THE ONLY 24 hour salon in the USA and now the only portable salon in my area I love them so much , it’s a healthier choice for myself and clients I’m buying a few more actually I love this company . I ordered my sink in September 2022 and I am amazed. I wanted to wait to give my review to truly give my shampoo bowl time to show me if I got my money's worth and I am happy to say I love it! No more back issues with trying to wash someone's hair in my sink, and it also looks and feels more professional in my home-based salon. Clients are often shocked to learn that the water heater and pressurizer are located within the unit, no plumber needed. Out of all of my research on shampoo bowl options this one definitely takes the cake. One suggestion to future customers is to make sure you buy an extra set of clean/dirty water jugs.Review from [email protected]

Shout outs to Sandi, Mike, and Jose (who called us on a weekend to answer our technical question!) Our sink fits perfectly in our hunting cabin and will be enjoyed for many seasons to come! I am a salon owner and as any salon owner knows, plumbing is expensive. Rather then having my clients shampoo their hair at home, I had to come up with an alternative. After doing much research I discovered Portable Sink Depot. It's a bit of an investment, but it's well worth it. It operates like a normal shampoo bowl and it doesn't take up a lot of space. The ordering process is very easy and the staff is AMAZING! When I had issues setting it up, the staff walked me through without complaint. I am so thankful that I found this company and if I ever open a third location I will definitely purchase again. We have purchased 2 portable sinks from Sink Depot, one for our toddler classroom and 1 for our infant classroom and our teachers LOVE them. Additionally, Sink Depot's customer service has been excellent, very responsive and helpful. So happy we found this company!
