I rented a storage unit from personal mini storage in winter garden fl around the 12th of January. Being I was in a rush when I first put my belongings in the unit everything was scattered so I went back a few days later before work. That morning was 50° outside so I pulled the unit door 3/4 of the way down to block the wind and because I was freezing. When my boss arrived to pick me back up for work the office personnel stopped him at the gate gave him my private access codes told him verbally that no one was allowed to live in the unit and that was my first violation. One they are completely wrong no one was living in the unit second they never should have given my boss man my personal private access codes they never should have told him anything that was not true without verifying anything. I was at the unit straightening up so why they did not come to me and address the issue I have no idea. About a week later I was back at the unit and there was a white envelope taped to the unit door stating lease violation least termination. The letter stated that my lease had been terminated and I had until the 13th or the 12th I'm sorry to move my belongings out of the because there was no food or drinks allowed in the units. One I have no idea how she got in my unit to know what was in my unit I never gave her permission to be in my unit it was locked. So how she got in I have no idea to take the photo that she sent me . I was not behind in payments I had planned on contesting the termination because both of her allegations were completely ridiculous. On another day I received email stating that my unit was looked locked but it was not locked that was done by the unit personnel. On the 13th they removed all of my belongings from the unit and stated that they have been picked up by a disposal company and there was no getting them back later that evening I received a phone call from the office stating that they were able to retrieve most of my belongings and they were sitting outside of the storage facility unsecured many of my items are missing I even have a few items that don't even belong to me I know they went through everything piece by piece because of the way that they close were folded
