    I issued a check for $200.00 on 06/12/2023 which was about half of cost of repair. Technician Chris said he needed to order part which should arrive in 3-5 days. Roughly 6-7 days later I called since hadn't heard back and set up appointment for the repair. Technician Chris showed up with wrong part and said he would call to order new part and get back to me by end of day but I never heard back from him. The next day, I called and spoke with owner Mark who was immediately combative and proceeded to raise his voice indicating he didn't need to call me back since he didn't know what part was needed and had to research it. When I asked for ETA of when he will complete his "research" and when the part can be ordered so that the repair can be completed, he said he didn't know. I politely told him that I needed the repair done in a timely manner and asked for a refund at which point he yelled No! When I pushed back and insisted on getting my money back (minus the $75 dollars for the house visit), he said I was impatient but finally agreed to the refund. When I asked when I could expect my refund and how much the refund would be, he said he didn't know. When I asked again for a date to expect my refund, he repeated he didn't know and hung up on me. I then had by boyfriend call to speak with him since my boyfriend was the person who initially researched the company and spoke with owner Mark prior to me setting up an appointment with him. He yelled at my BF too but calmed down after BF told him to lower his voice. Mark told BF that he would send me a check sometime after he returned from out of town. Three weeks went by and still no check so BF called Mark back to check status of refund. Mark said he forgot and would send out a check. As of today, 07/21/2023, it has been over 4 weeks since Mark was supposed to refund my $125.00 ($200.00 down payment - $75 house visit fee); thus, I'm filing this complaint.

    Called to have my wash repaired & they came out & said it was the lid lock switch & they'd have the part in, in five days. Said it would be 300 total I said okay & paid him right then. They came back out next week & during the repair ended up breaking another part on the washer (things happen, I get it) & said it would be another five days for the part to get in. When five days went by I reached out to see if they were coming out & he replied with an attitude & said he's covering the part as a courtesy as if he's doing me some sort of favor for covering a part that he broke. The next week they finally come out & fix the lock switch & it wasn't the problem. Turns out it was misdiagnosed & now they told me it's the control board. They said they'd reach out in a couple of days to schedule a date with a new total balance.That was a week ago & now I can't get them to return an email or call. Meanwhile he still has my 300 & didn't fix anything at all on the washer. So l guess I'm just out my money with still a broken washer for over three weeks. Yelp is full of these same types of reviewed, he does this often. Don't listen to these ****** reviews, they're false.

    Not true he even said that the board fixed the problem he was impatient it was taking time to get the main board matter of fact it came in today but he already fixed it ordered the board somewhere and had it delivered my supplier didn't have the board in stock and it came in later than expected I offered to repay him the whole amount if he removed those horrible reviews for no reason until this time he hasn't removed the reviews I told him submit me a request on Zelle and I give you it all back nothing even though we were following a process we started with the lid switch cuz it wasn't locking that didn't fix it so then we moved on to the main board while we were taking it apart the first time to switch out the switch the plastic holder was brittle and broke which we supplied at no extra charge when we came back I've done everything humanly possible to take care of the customer I even offered to repay them the whole amount and give them a free switch and a free holder and he calls me he harasses me he had a lawyer she was harassing and texting me and text me so I blocked her because my thing is not with her it's with him I offered to do anything I could at first I said $222.03 nope he said have fun with the reviews
