I went in for an appointment due to wisdom tooth pain. During my initial appointment, the branch and I established a plan for dental work such as, removing wisdom teeth, having veneers, etc. I was told services need to be paid up front for all future appointments. I paid $2,600 upfront along with business taking my dental insurance information. Okay, so I went in for my wisdom teeth to be removed. I was told once healed, call back to schedule appointments for other services. Today makes week 3 of f attempting to call the branch 3-4 times a day with no answer. I have left several voicemails l, no return call. I even contacted the first time customer line in hopes they could help. All that was done was an email sent to the location manager but I still havent received a call and that was 1.5 week ago. I called today the accounting department, waited on hold for 35 mins for ******* to answer and tell me she needed to get me to the store location. After waiting on hold again, I realized she transferred and dropped the line so after 5 mins, I was forced to leave another voicemail. This is horrible business. I just want my money refunded as not all services have been complete and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone.Business response

May 19,22 my husband & I went to Aspen Dental to discuss dental implants They were having a promo get one get another half price. We sat with manager Jackie asking if this would work with our insurance and our out of pocket would cost. Our insurance was changing as of July 15,22 because my husband who holds the insurance was turning 65, it would be dropping and he would have Medicare. Jackie gave us a spread sheet with insurance coverage, insurance discounted, our responsibility. All had to be paid in full before they started the process. We asked repeatedly will there be any added surprises she assured us no! The only added not covered would be $187. Before we agreed to moved forward we asked again and she assured us again. We sat with Jackie on June 6, to discuss the procedure, she said it would be four implants surgery to put them in a six month wait period to make sure the bone excepted them then the second part in December. We asked Jackie again multiple times that the insurance will cover and our out of pocket will be paid in full no surprises and she said, No don’t worry your bill will be paid in full! The procedure took place on June 13,22 surgery to put in four implants. I left and did not hear from Aspen until I called early December to make an appointment to check on the healing process so we could proceed to the second process. I made an appointment on December 12,22. A few days before my appointment I received a bill for over $2,300 from Aspen dental! (NOW YOU KNOW THEY WOULNT HAVE TOUCH ME IF I OWE MONEY BEFORE PUTTING IN IMPLANTS) I told my husband when we go I will discuss it with Jackie. We get to the appointment and I ask to speak with Jackie, we said, Jackie what is this you assured us there was no surprises she said no disregard it bounced back we’re going to reissue it to insurance. My procedure is complete and now that I need my implants tightened they won’t honor my warranty saying I owe them that money! Please help me they are dishonest!!!Business response
