On 12/23/21 I placed an order with Levi's Farmhouse furniture for a tv counsel, a farmhouse kitchen table and a end table. I sent a 610.00 dollar deposit through Venmo at which time I was not told it was not refundable. On 2/15/22 I was sent a picture of the tv counsel and told that a few adjustment were made to the piece. I texted Levi as the piece I ordered and the piece he made did not look the same. The color was different and the door were flat and not slotted. Levi said he couldn't duplicate that piece, I asked him if he could fix the door as I didn't like them flat. He told me no and I said I guess I'm confused as I ordered this piece off your web site. He then stated I guess I will just sell your pieces and return your deposit. I informed him I was just as upset as he was as I was looking forward to my new furniture. I asked him how he would return my money and he stated I will return your money as your pieces sell. If I have to take a loss on them, that will reflect in your return. I then tried to message him back to ask why when my order wasn't done as discussed. He blocked me from ******** and messenger and as of today I have not received any money back. I have reached out and tried to call but they won't return my phone calls. I feel like this is almost a fraud case, they shouldn't have pieces on their web site if they can't make them that way. Thank you
