Purchased a home in Swiss Golf and *********** from ********************* with Sunset Home Sales. . Was told numerous lies concerning the home I purchased. Was told it had new heat pump installed this year. Not true. Was told it had 4 point inspection done recently so there was not a need for us to pay for one. Said it passed with flying colors as ***** put it. Not true. Was told all plumbing and wiring was recently replaced. Not true. She told me whatever she thought I wanted to hear so she could get the sale. My advice: stay away from ********************* and this company. Very dishonest folks. There are better companies here to do business with. This is costing me a lot of money due to her lies and misrepresentations.Business response

We have discussed this with ***** and she stated that the buyer and seller had spoken directly concerning the home. According to ***** everything that was relayed to you from her (inspection, condition, updates) was information that the seller relayed to *****. This is why we have the inspection option built-in to our sales agreement. The information that you were given was stated by the seller to ***** and then to you. We are not dishonest we have been in business for 10 years and have great reviews. Of course we cannot please everyone and for you to make that claim without even speaking with us is inaccurate and unfair statement. This matter is between the buyer and the seller.Customer response

In response to the business The salesperson and the seller both lied a number of times during the sales process. Your company even posted the home had a new heat pump system installed this year in the listing which I will be happy to provide. They both misrepresented almost everything that was presented to me. 4 point inspection, new heat pump, and new wiring and plumbing among several other smaller issues. As it turned out none of their representations were in fact true. Cost us a lot of money. ***** knew that I had a verbal agreement with another agent on another home listed with her company and was dishonest in getting me to cancel out that one and go with the later one because it had a lot more things that had been done previously that would save us lots of money not only in longevity of the items but in monthly operating cost as well. Especially the heat pump being replaced this year. All misrepresentations or just plain lies. I dont know anything about the company background just the agents lies to us.Customer response
