On Saturday at approximately 10AM I entered the store to purchase pool products which I have purchased from them in the past. One young lady in the office and 1 man at the water testing counter with a customer, neither one acknowledged my presence. I went to the counter and asked the young lady who never even bothered to get off of her chair to assist me if I could leave my water sample with her to have it tested she shook her head yes. No conversation what so ever, this is very poor service. 1 hour later I returned and the same two individuals are there no one else in the store. I asked the young lady about my water sample and her reply was I will test it now. I asked for my bottle back because I needed to go and her response was she was extremely busy so she was unable to test it, again no one in the store . With force she handed it to me and told me not to return. This was a terrible experience and I felt threatened by the way she approached me !! HEED my warning do not go there. I am 59 years old and have never been treated like this with someone that I am trying to give money to. 0 customer service !!

We have reviewed this situation and checked camera and audio footage for the day. I can confirm that there were several people waiting in line for in-store water analysis at the time when the water sample for dropped off for analysis. At the time the store was short staffed, with one store representative handing all customer interactions as well as having to perform detailed and personalized recommendations for pool care treatment. Unfortunately when we have a line of customers waiting for water analysis, we cannot guarantee your place in line if you do not wait with your water sample. We will always try our best to accommodate but unfortunately sometimes with so many things going on and having to personalized each individual water analysis to each customer, we neglected to run your water test in a timely manner. For which we apologize. We feel like the interaction that occurred when you came to pick up the sample was very rude and unnecessary. Afterall the water analysis is something that we offer free of charge to our customers, we do not expect to be treated so poorly over obtaining a free service.
