Where do I start from wrap quality to customer service or what type of guy Jamal is. Wrap quality probably best speaks thru pictures and the fact that guy told me that he couldn't even wrap mirrors, but he was ok to include that in a price like he did em. This car is my pride and joy that I spent 2 years building all by myself and this is not about money this is about person that doesn't care about someone elses car which is something that I don't appreciate. Make sure if you do (I recommend you not to) business with him to do it thru messages so you can have everything saved since when it was time to pick up my car he tried to overcharge me and luckily I had texts to prove him wrong. Original price for my car without hood was 1800, after he took a look at the car he agreed that price for wet sanding the whole car is going to be additional $400 which I agreed on. When it was time to pick up the car he wanted me to pay him $2800. I ended up paying him original price and only reason why is because situation got so stressful that it wasn't worth the money even thoe he doesn't deserve $5 for this work since I'm gonna have to take it to someone else to take everything off and do everything he was supposed to do. How long does it take for him to get wrap done? Oh boyy, I dropped the car of Dec 2. He said he was busy and wont be able to get on it until latest Dec 16. which is 2 weeks, that plan failed, he promised to do it by Christmas, well that also failed than he promised to have it done by New Years, yup you guessed correctly that planed also failed, than my patience ran out and I gave him one last chance, I told him "If its not done by Jan 7. which is when my Serbian/Russian Christmas is I will be taking my car to someone else" Jan 7. came he told me that the car was done, when I showed up car looked like, well you see the pictures,it also wasn't done because rear bumper and part of the roof still had to be wrapped, dents were still there that he promised to take care of he also promised to take care of my overfenders which then he said oh I don't know how to fix fiberglass even thoe when I got there he saw em and he said that he can fix em, he also didn't even bother trying to call to let me know that he's not going to fix cracks on overfenders that he's just going to wrap around it. Prep work ? I don't think that he knows what that means because you can see all imperfections that he said that he would take care of. There is no body panel that doesn't have a bubble and every wellnut for overfenders is covered so I now I have to cut all those holes again. This is just a small piece of information how his business is ran and only reason why I didn't wanted to make any issues is because he had his young son over. He is keeping my money and he can have em but at least I get this review and pleasure of contracting business bureau and car groups in area so no one else has to go thru what I did because it's definitely not worth it
