      Window World did a great job on our windows and sliding glass doors. The salesman did a great job of explaining all of our options and helping us choose the right ones for our home. The office kept us updated through the entire process. The install was scheduled within the estimated timeline. The installation team was knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient and they cleaned up all of the mess. We highly recommend Window World of Polk County.

      More damage than beauty. Windows are not efficient, install went horrible, they have been back 6 times and still not right. Permit is expiring and we are beyond frustrated.

      Owner took care of all our issues and made sure things were taken care of.

      When I signed the contract I was told it could be 16 to 20 weeks before I install. I was pleased they called me about 6 weeks early saying they were ready. They three men showed up on time even though they had 1 1/2 drive to my house. Talk about hard working and organized. They had my 9 windows out and new ones installed in 4 hours. I was worried about the heat being this was the middle of august and we were on heat warnings but the men worked so fast and didn’t to many windows out at a time. The windows are totally beautiful and I have noticed how quiet it is now and I can no longer feel the heat coming through the windows. A added note The men did a great job on the clean up. I swear they left my house cleaner than it was when they got here . I will totally use window world again.

      Contract signed, paid half in Nov 2022. One day job should have been completed in April 2023. It wasnt. I thought it was completed May 17, 2023, and I paid the balance in full. Six weeks later, their work (vinyl) fell down on a sunny day. I have tried REPEATEDLY to get them to come back to repair/ replace --it is nearly impossible to get a human on the phone but I did finally get an email for their office manager. Someone did come out but they didnt bring the materials to repair/replace. It was rescheduled and I missed half a day of work but then they didnt show up at all... this is by far the worst company I have EVER dealt with! DO NOT HIRE

      A contract was signed an agreement to install a new front door for our house. First payment OF $4,421.00 On August.5 2022 on the promise the door will be installed between Nov.-Dec 2022 nothing happened and after several calls finally the door was installed on Jan.30 2023 and the second payment of $4421.00 was maid the same day according to the request of the company. - The door had the bottom lock not working - The seal on the door doesn't seal and I can see the light from one side of it where I saw ants and other bugs coming in. When it rained hard we had water coming in through this door although the interest is covered. - The paint need several touch up - The door doesn't close tightly or easily it needs to be pushed hard to close which indicate the balance of the door is not right - We never got the warranty for this door. - I called window world several times 17,21 of February regarding these issue.They promised to address them soon, they never did. - I called again on the 22nd of March and got the same promise ti the 12th of April with nothing done. Then we filled the first dispute and finally a service man came 3 times but still it is not fixed yet. the service man said he needs to order a replacement parts and we are still waiting. we need to dispute the transaction until the door is fixed right. even on star is too much it should be no star, thank God i did not order my windows to be replaced since we are still waiting for the door to be fixed Thank you

      This job had several errors made. We are working to resolve all of the issues. Our install manager is the one doing the work. The parts needed to complete the process have an estimated arrival date of 6/20/23.

      Ordered windows a year ago. Was told by the nice salesman it would be approx. 16 weeks. Few months later, I had to call and ask what the status was on my order. I was told installer would come out the following week and apologized no one called. Recv. A phone call day of install that it would need to be rescheduled so it was scheduled the following week. Day of install, same situation but now they don't have all the parts and was again rescheduled for following week. I called the day before Install to make sure they had all parts and was told everything is ready to go. Day of install recv. A phone call they don't have all parts. It has now been a year and I'm still waiting for install. I have never received a phone call or email on the status of the part "trim" and now I'm trying to refinance my house but unable to because of this company. They refused to give me a refund and was told my only options are to pay the remaining balance for a job they haven't started or wait until the trim comes in. I asked when the trim would come in and I couldn't get a definite date. Was told hopefully end of July but would probably be the end of august. I now have to pay for something they haven't even started and who knows when I will actually get my windows installed or if it will done correctly at this point.

      I see at no point, you explain why you put a lien on my house. I was forced to pay in full for services that you never started in order for an affidavit to be signed for release of title. After several calls and 2 days later the payment was finally processed. PER YOUR CONTRACT ,the only time you will put a lien on title is if there is failure of payment. This is not the case at all. Services were never started. Also PER YOUR CONTRACT, full payment is not required until completion of services. I was told by your business manager I only had 2 options. pay in full or wait for part to come in because she refused to give me a refund. I asked her why would I and why should I pay for services I haven't received.I don't trust it.now, I have to put my life on hold because you and your business failed to order trim for windows I've been waiting on for a year now. This whole time I was told the part was on back order. Truth be told you and your business failed to order the part. It has now been 3 days and I'm still waiting for the affidavit to be signed. My title company, my mortgage company, the manager of my job and myself have called several times for updates and no one can give an answer on status. We are all told your business manager will call call back with an update. Again putting my life on hold because of you and your business.

      For clarification, we did not place a lien on your home. We filed a notice of commencement. This document is required to be filed with the clerk of the court by Florida law as part of the permitting process. I have reviewed the file today, July 12th. The contractor final payment affidavit was supplied to your closing company on Friday, July 8th. The installation of your windows was performed yesterday. The paperwork shows all products were installed and indicates the person present was satisfied with the work. Based on the signature on the certificate of completion, it appears you were not the one at home. There are two bottom sashes that need to be replaced. These will be ordered promptly and our service department will contact you with an estimated arrival date once it is provided by the manufacturer. Mark ******* - Owner

      IGNORED IN LAKE PLACID! Ordered 9 windows and one 12' sliding door on 8/3/21. Nice salesman said it would be 12 to 16 weeks. Called salesman in nov and dec and asked him to follow-up on install date, he said he would and call me back. No call! Called again and was "ghosted". Then called customer service and was told by a very nice lady that it would be "soon". She called in early Jan and said it would be 1/6/22.. David and crew arrived on 1/6/22 and while they were setting up David told me that the doors were all white instead of brown and white. We could either wait 20 plus weeks AGAIN to get the correct colors or get a small discount. We chose the discount and to go ahead and do the install. All were installed in one day - great job. When finished, while signing the Certificate of Completion David informed me that he forgot the screens and would send a TECH back soon to install them. He and his crew packed up and took my Orange 7 foot ladder with them. After a few days I called customer service to find out when the screens would be installed and that I wanted my ladder back. She told me the screens were being ordered ( they evidently were never ordered with the windows even though the order form said" WITH SCREENS") and would take about 8 more weeks (march) and that I could call anytime and check. She also said she would tell David to bring my ladder back. Its now may 23 2022 and no call, ladder or screens. Now pieces are falling off the glass doors. I am exhausted from the experience so far, expected better service for $12,437
