If I could give this place negative stars, I would! The complex itself and the neighbors are okay for the most part, but the quality of the apartment renovations are so s***** At one point, my toilet was leaking all over the floor any time I flushed it, and it took 3 DAYS for the leasing company to get an emergency plumber. Come to find out there was a huge blockage way down in the pipes, and the plumber thought that the contractors that did the renovation, poured caulk down the drain or flushed it, causing it to partially solidify because he had a very difficult time getting it cleared (it took 2.5 hours). The plumber also said the contractors did not seal the bottom of toilet which is what caused it to flood the bathroom. And to make it even better, the leasing company only gave me a $71 credit towards my rent for not being able to use my toilet for 3 days (4 if you count the 24 hours I had to wait for the new seal to cure). The biggest issue with this place is the fact that there is e.Coli in the water. I noticed a weird smell and taste to the water during the first 3 months I lived there and I was having horrible GI issues that I never used to have. Then finally, got the first boil water notice from CSWR and I never drank or cooked with the water after that. Obviously, I was still having GI problems since I was still exposed to the water by washing my hands, showering, etc., even though the boil water notices claimed that it was safe. And, the cherry on top is the leasing company wont do anything to fix it. At one point, one of the managers offered to have me move across town at no extra charge, but then for some reason, he randomly quit, and the lady that followed up with me, tried to get me to pay a transfer fee which is total ********, since I was already in the middle of the process. I seriously considered taking legal action at one point, but never had time to follow through. So to put it nicely, DO NOT LIVE HERE AND BEWARE OF ALIGN COMMUNITIES!
