I have been trying to get in contact with them about payment because I'm being charged for a whole months worth of rent when I broke my lease prior to that month. I stayed there for 1 week and then left but they're trying to charge me for the month and won't respond to my emails or answer the phone.Business response

We had a work order turned in about to months ago to have the fourth stair from the bottom fixed on the back side of out apartment where we enter and exit the most. They said they haven't done it because they needed a permit. So they taped that entrance off and told us to use the front entrance. I told them that also needed to be fixed and was more of a safety hazard due to the top 5 wooden stairs unlevel and harder to walk on. They said they were going to be the one who decided which was safer which me and the neighbors didn't agree on. We took down the tape so we can walk in the safer side. We really just want the issue fixed as soon as possible. We walk up and down with a 1 year old and the neighbor is a heavier set elder who also needs the issue to be fixed.Business response

Good day. We pay $1800 a month an maintance is just not being done in a timely manner. I have a work orders weeks old. An when they do show up is a patch job an I have to do another work order an it takes more weeks. We have front steps an back steps. Both are a safety hazard. An not being addressed. Some one is going to get hurt or fall an it's not going to be good. Plumbing in kitchen is alway a problem.Business response

They have failed on multiple occasions to fix hazardous broken stair cases from our back and our front door .that we use daily to get in and out of our apartment.it has been over 2 months since we've filed complaints to our complex about conditions of our home and community.the stair case is one of many issues of this apartment.my daughter 1 year old ingested a flower this apartment has growning ,without the knowledge of it being POISONOUS to even the touch.we had ambulance come and check on her.I filed a complaint on that and nothing had been done about removing or letting residents know of this bush.there and plenty of dogs and children that go up ,eat /or pick up this flower.the management of sapphire apartments has failed to keep up with health codes as well as saftey codes.Business response

We encourage all of our residents to keep their pets and young children supervised by an adult at all times, and we regularly send reminders to our residents through our resident portal. Sapphire has not been made aware of any toxic landscape growing in our community; however, we will look into this with the assistance of our landscaping company and address as necessary.
