    I dropped an ****** return package at UPS store 6238 on 9/19/22 at 5PM. I have dropped off several ****** return packages at this same store over the last year and everytime so far, I'm immediately refunded as ****** can see the package has been dropped off as soon as the UPS employee scans the ****** shipping QR code and prints me a receipt. This time around, the tracking number provided on the receipt doesn't even show the package has been dropped off and its been a few days. I called the store yesterday (9/20) and explained the tracking number wasn't updating and they said to check tomorrow because they were sending out everything they had that day. Well today is here and still no update. I went to the same store to speak with the employees. The employees are no help, blatantly telling lies to face as if I don't know how the process works. They claim it will take 2 weeks for ****** to see any progress because the packages are put in bigger boxes with a different tracking number. I explained that I dropped off 3 ****** packages 1 week ago and was immediate refunded because ****** can see the package has been dropped off as its scanned. ****** will not refund me because of a goof on UPS's part and your employees think I should wait two weeks at which point they claim UPS will refund me and I'm sure that will take another month. I need my refund now and with interest. To make matters worst when I leave the store, two UPS truck drivers are blocking the road behind the plaza and as if its a delivery only road which it's not. It's a bi directional road to access the plaza without going to the traffic light. Several cars blew their horn and your workers simply laughed and shrugged their shoulders. Seems as if UPS does a great job hiring horrible employees. Their trucks numbers are **************** I'll be waiting for action on this and I'm not going to wait very long. I need my refund yesterday and would have had It by now had you never messed up. *********************
