We brought the car in for full car tinting. When we came to pick up car they told us they could not do front windshield because there was a Crack in it!! We just bought the car 5 days prior. There was no Crack! They tried to tell us we dropped if the car that way. They would not own up to their mistake just kept lying to our face! They offered no apology or discount or anything. Now we have to deal with the headache of getting a new windshield on a car we just bought!! They are untrustworthy.Business response

Were you not happy with the tint job? Please give us a call at 407-599-9300. That was our teply to the charge back thru square. Here you speciffy that the windshield had a crack on square you specify that "customer claimed goods or services were not as described". Please let us know which is correct? Cracked windshield that we didnt tint or window tinting was installed incorrect? If its about a Cracked windshield that we didnt tint there is not much we can do since we didnt tint it. If it about a poorly insatlled film please give us a call to schedule an appointment to gey it solved. Leaving bad review online, Doing charge backs and doing a BBB complaint without calling the company before had is very sad. We hope you understand. We will be waiting for your call 407-599-9300. The tint is jagged and unevenly applied. We took the car to another company to have them look at it to confirm it was a poorly done job! Yes we did call our credit card to dispute the charge. After we had to have our windshield replaced because your guy cracked it and then lied about it, we went somewhere else to have it tinted. I will not pay for this awful tint job!
