On August 10, 2022 I purchased a vehicle from Velocity Autos for a price of $15,694.20. I was informed by ***** that the car had a rebuilt title but was reassured that it was fine and that was not something to worry about. I was also never informed of any damage or previous issues with the *************** also took it upon himself to drive to my home late the night we purchased the car because he stated there was a missing document. It seemed almost as if he rushed the transaction and wanted to get it finalized before we could realize there was issues with the car. The same day I purchased the car the engine light came on and when ***** came to have the documents signed I told him and he simply said to bring it back in to have his mechanic check it out. The code that came up was for a misfiring cylinder and the mechanic simply sprayed compressed air into the cylinder and cleared the code from my car and said it was good to go. Now almost 2 months later the same code came up on the car and come to find out my head gasket is blown because the issue was ignored. This is a $1,500.00 job that could have been easily prevented if the misfiring cylinder was repaired in the beginning and not just clearing the code. And by ignoring the issue and telling me it was okay to drive on caused more extensive damage and now im being told I need to replace the whole motor. This whole situation happened because we were not informed on any issues with the car and ***** sold us a car that should have never been put on the lot.Initial Complaint

Sent Ivan my down payment that we agreed on. Bank loan didn't go through. They (velocity)said my info was fraudulent. Nothing was that I sent. Told me they don't have to refund me anything and wont.
