      I was charged $2.00 from this Company on May 4, 2023 for an App called SuperIqGame, and then charged again on May 10 for $49.95, of which I NEVER downloaded this App, NEVER saw this App before, and it isn't even in my APP Store on my iphone... I have no idea how this Company got my credit card information, and what right it has to automatically charge additional Fees... These guys need to be arrested and put out of Business...       I am rejecting this response because:

      i would like to know how your business obtained my information. When I searched for the company online before filling the BBB complaint the only ****** search provided was the list of BBB complaints.

      The money cannot be returned to the card it was taken from. As soon as the bank notified me that there was fraud activity they cancelled the card. I am still waiting on a new card to arrive, which has made the last week very frustrating not having access to my money.

      As we stated in our previous message, you would need to get in contact with your bank because we can't process a refund to your card, and that is being declined by your bank. It could be possible for many reasons, one of them being that you may have cancelled your account for example. In order to get your accout available to receive our refund you should be talking to your bank and ask them why are they declining a refund to your card that starts with 435545

      I'm sorry we can't proceed with the refund until your bank can process it accordingly.

      I hope you get to fix this with your bank, and we'll be looking forward to retry

      I am rejecting this response because:

      *****, you didn't answer the question about how my information was obtained in the first place.

      Second, I am not confused as to why my bank cannot process the refund to the card you withdrew funds from. I clearly stated the bank cancelled the card you withdrew money from as soon as they notified me of fraud. That card is no longer valid because superiqgames.com (which is non-existent on the internet aside from fraud complaints with the BBB) fraudulently accessed the card. No refund can be made to that card. Your "company" will need to return the funds via check through USPS.

      I was charged ***** by this company and I have no idea who they are. I have tried to call the 800 number and have had no success with contacting anyone. The same with the email address provided by the website. I don't buy games online and I **** sure don't try free trials. All I know is there is going to be a lawsuit filed if my money is not returned to my account immediately. I'm on a fixed income and this company comes in at **** am and takes 50 dollars from me. Some scammers just make me sick

      I went to activate my capitol one credit card I just got and I clicked on a button that said start. This superiqgame.com came up and I did not agree to any terms or sign up for this. Don't even know what it is. They charged my card **** dollars and said after a month ***** will be charged every month for this service. I don't want this service nor did I sign up and agree to the terms. I backed out and went no further. I want the **** dollars put back on card and don't want to be charged for a service I will never use.
