I purchased hearing aids from AUDIBLE Hearing Center on June 7, 2021. I was informed that the medicare hearing aids don't come. with a service so they had a warranty agreement for 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years. The first year would be $699 and then the 2 &3 rd years are only $699 as there's a special promotion where the 3 year is free. I went through several office visits to get the buzzing sound eliminated. The servicer was able to get rid of the buzz and then a day or so later the noise would return. the buzzing was very unsettling as I have high anxiety and this only exacerbated my condition. I have stopped wearing hearing aids and demanded in a letter for a cancellation and a refund as they refused no refund over the phone.Business response
