            Reported two lost items on 6/16/24. I have send 3 requests via the portal and havent received a response. My insurance provider is requesting to know when items arent located as to when the report is closed or items stop being search. Items lost one pair of pajamas pants and a red medium silk dress shirt.

            They are charging 45 dollars to ship my eye glasses that I left in a rental car at *****. I was at ***** right after I left them and offered to go to the car and pick it up while it was still there or pick them up in person in a week. They should have just let me pick them up. So this situation with shipping should have never happened in the first place. Instead they are charging an unreasonable fee to ship such a small item. I received many items from overseas and never had to pay 45 dollars! This is a total rip off.

            We tried to explain to this customer that we do not set the prices for shipping. That we would reach out to the rental company and have someone call him. He did not want to hear what i had to say. We are so sorry that the customer left his item in the rental car. How every his agreement with the rental car has a comment at the bottom. That states that they are not financially responsible for lost items.
