      I was to receive custom coins for an August 20, 2023 event. (Coins had that date on them). I was told we would have the coins in time for the event. Two days before the event, I called because I had not seen the coins. ***** told me we would have them the next week. I said "That will not help us. I needed to have the coins to present with awards and to sell." He agreed to a $135 refund. I thought that would partially makeup for the money we would not receive for selling them. January 12, **** and numerous e-mails later with empty promises, I have not seen a refund.

      On March 30, 2022 I purchased an order of 500 pins from the online form with a requested in-hand date of May 8, 2022. The total was $570.00. I reached out mid-April as I had not received any update. These attempts went unanswered. May 2, 2022 Aaron R******* emailed me back offering a partial refund or discount and to have them completed in August. My follow up emails then went un-answered again, and I received a response on July 19, 2022 stating he would offer me a 15% discount and I would have pins in-hand in August. I agreed. This has since been unanswered and I have never received product.

      I ordered 300 custom lapel pins in April of 2022 (3 months ago). Following the placement and payment of the order, I haven't heard anything from Aaron R*******, the rep who provided the email proof and pricing. The payment was sent but the pins have yet to be delivered. Pinmakers was paid by ***** credit card under my name on 04/29/2022 in the amount of $459.00. I would like to get my payment refunded.

      I ordered 500 pins from pinmakers.com in May of 2021. The invoice was paid on 5-29-2021, invoice/receipt number XXXX-XXXX. As of October 2021 the merchandise has still not been delivered. I have sent several email and made several phone calls to the company and Aaron ********, with no return communication. I would like someone to call me, deliver my merchandise or refund my money.

      I ordered 100 pins for the American Red Cross on April 4, 2021. Aaron R******* replied on July 8, 2021 that the order was misplaced and the order would be rushed and shipped in ten business days. I sent a request for an update on August 25, 2021. Order has not been received nor has there been any update.

      I ordered 200 pins on May 22, 2021 and paid $478.00. I needed the pins ASAP. Did follow up emails on 6/8, 6/17, 7/1, 7/6 with no response. Tried phone calls and left messages. Got an email reply from Aaron on 7/10 saying he would check with production. Never heard back and sent emails on 7/13, 7/17. Got email from Aaron saying order misplaced and will rush the order on 7/20. Sent more follow up email on 8/4 because of no delivery. got email from Aaron asking again if wanted pins on rush delivery on 8/4. I replied back yes a second time. Sent follow up emails on 8/7, 8/18 and 8/19 with no response. Made a phone call today to Aaron and I expect no response. I would just like the pins sent I ordered and paid for.
