The guy who did my wife's nails was very rude the whole time. His name is steven or Stephen I'm not sure how to spell it. Be convinced my wife he could do what she wanted (from a photos she showed him). The last time she went to a nail salon they got the correct colors ready before she even sat down. But he expected her to do it for him. Keep in mind, my wife has a visual impairment. She was trying to pick out the Colors and the guy (steven) called her color blind. She told him she wasn't color blind it was just a different kind of visual impairment. She went to try to look at the colors again. When she came back to talk to him she heard him talking to someone about how she was color blind. She said, "sir I'm not color blind." He responded, "okay blind girl." This is highly offensive. My wife has been bullied her whole life and I won't take this from an establishment that is supposed to be professional. I'm tired of her being treated this way at places like this because of a physical disability. She said he continued to call her color blind multiple times and argued with her because he admitted he couldn't actually do the nail art she asked for in the first place. And blamed her for not picking the right colors because he said she was color blind. This is very unacceptable.Business response

We had heavy dessert to address your concern and provide solution to solve the problem if you're not happy bring back the merchant and we will refund your service thank you Consumer Response /* (3000, 19, 2022/11/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I shouldn't have to come all the way back for a refund. I've taken a photo of the receipt as a part of this complaint. They should have the receipt information to offer a refund. Unless their system just doesn't have the ability to do that. If not, I'll come by. It's a far drive for me. So I'd rather not. Kindest Regards.
