A withdrawal was made from my credit card on Sept 26/21 from this company. The only problem I have was that I cancelled this account in 2020 because I didn't need the use of this company anymore.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2022/01/04) */ Hello. We apologize for the delayed response. It appears that we only received the first correspondence a couple of weeks ago during the holidays. We have closed the account and issued a refund. Thank you! Consumer Response /* (2000, 24, 2022/01/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I received a response from this business apologizing for the mix up and they deposited the correct amount owing on their part back into my account. Again I want to thank everyone involved for their help. thank you again.
