Product paid for January 1. Tracking number not provided until May 6. Product has not been delivered as of June 30. Made multiple contact attempts seeking updates and received 0 responses to my inquiries. Seeking refund.Customer response

After I submitted the complaint, I contacted the business and informed them I had contacted the BBB. After being informed of the complaint, the business promptly responded and issued a refund, so the issue has now been resolved. Of note, there was a complete lack of response to multiple inquiries spanning approximately 6 weeks until they were informed of the BBB complaint.

I received a 3 months full experience gift card back in november from this company. In december (12/20/2023) I finally was able to redeem the gift card after many website errors for the first month. I have yet to receive my package from that december order and it is March 4th 2024. I redeemed the second month by ordering on January 20th 2024, and have yet to receive my order. Now March 4th after not receiving any notifications about the March book until March 2nd (previous months it was the month before) I am attempting to redeem my final month of book, despite not receiving a single order, and now the website will not allow me to redeem it. The person that bought me this gift spent almost $150 dollars back in november and there is yet to have goods received from this. There seems to be some shadiness with this company.Initial Complaint

Authentic books is a subscription service where books and other items are sent out monthly in boxes. The company charged me for 2 subscriptions instead of 1, and when I reached out to their support team, I was notified by Natisha A***** that she would cancel the duplicate subscription and refund me the amount of $59.98 that I was charged for the duplicate box. This email exchange occurred on 6/5, and since then I have reached out via email several times to inquire about my refund. I have not received the refund or any responses to my emails.Business response
