In January of 2021 we signed a contract for a pool build with Pinnacle pools of treasure coast (before Premier pools and spas of treasure coast). We had to change options last minute because they waited months to tell us they were sold out so had to scramble to find options that we liked so they can continue build. Their tile work was horrible , took forever to fix again and that was horrible as well. I've spoken to Matt R***, the owner and he just blaims us for everything. He then sends us Steve who is just as bad as Matt. Steve lies and says he'll be here next day, days go by and he'll never come until we send a mean email. After many issues with bad tile workmanship, bad deck placement that we have yet to correct now we are also having issues with our salt cell.....they filled our pool early April and didn't come back until August to add chemicals. We brushed and shocked our pool many times to get rid of the algae it kept getting until it got too serious and we sent a nasty email for them to finally come and add the chemicals. The day Steve added the salt we noticed the filter union was cracked and leaking a ton of water, called Steve and he said it was my Solar panel company, thats not true because the solar panels were installed in April and that started leaking the day Steve came. We have him on camara messing with it. Matt blaims my solar panel company for that and says they also cut they salt cell sensor. That is also not true because I found pictures of before/after the panels were installed and there was no sensor. That same day Matt's team disconnected the pipes from the filter and solar and left my pool off with the pipes exposed to bacteria and 95 degree heat. He wants my solar company to pay for the salt cell and made them come to fix the union. Matt and Steve are both liars and Matt specifically doesnt care about his customers. We gave final payment and still have issues to be corrected and still no final inspection.Initial Complaint

We contracted with Matthew R S****** to build us a pool/spa. The process began August 2020 and water fill day was Dec. 2020. Immediately we realized the spa didn't hold water and the finish in the spa was a different color from the pool. We notified Matt of these problems and all he would ever tell us is that he'd have someone address the issue. In Feb. 2021, we had rebar protruding from the pool wall and again Matt assured us someone would address the issue. Fast forward to June 2022, we still don't have the spa leak fixed and the rebar is still coming through the pool wall. As a result of the spa not holding water, it is now cracking due to being dry concrete sitting in the sun. I have many, many emails to Matt and his plumber, Steve, regarding our issues and still no resolve. I also never received the pool alarm or the deck chair I was contracted to get. I would recommend staying as far away from this company! They have to be the worst company I've ever dealt with.Initial Complaint

We contracted Premier Pools & Spas Treasure Coast aka Pinnacle Pools & Spas Treasure Coast. for our inground pool and screen back in Oct. 2020. We have been in contact with the General manager Matt ****, XXX-XXX-XXXX all along. The process through April although slow it was progressive and professional until we started to have issues. Initially the attempt to repair problems was done by contractors they used but when it came to follow through with other issues they insisted in repairing themselves but lacked the expertise or skill to do so. We have a spa blower that does not work, apparently the serviceman that came to fix it said they ran 220w cables instead of 110w. The pool motor stopped working, my wife cut her back on tile that was not placed properly and has jagged edges, we were never showed how to operate anything per pool contract, parts from the spa drain keep popping out, terrible tile work at the spillway and damaged tile, tiles with grout never completely cleaned and never received the Adirondack lounge chair. We have tons of emails and text requesting assistance with the completion so we could enjoy what we purchased but unfortunately summer is over and we won't be able to enjoy.
