We signed a contract with them in March of 2022 and we are still awaiting completion, although we have already paid cash, in full. They damaged my property and when I asked them to fix it per our contract they owner Matt Ross became belligerent, cursing at me, and telling me he’s not going to nickel and dime with me. Mind you the damages were; land clearing machine ran into my new vinyl fence, approximately 30ft of roof soffit collapsing due to running an 80ft run of conduit with no ties-anywhere, broken electrical boxes, land not graded, wrong light installed, amongst other things. The quality of work is terrible and the manager Steve Fortier is never anywhere to be found. When he is he will promise you the moon and then NEVER respond to you. When they finally came to “fix” the soffit the pool guy put a brick in my soffit to weigh it down, intentionally. They have also relieved themselves ON MY HOUSE while working here, not near it, ON IT! To the day I am still awaiting an operational pool and if they try to persuade you by signing a contract with an automatic pool cleaner, don’t fall for it, you will NEVER see it. I tried to warn others on their Facebook page to prevent them from making an extremely costly mistake signing with them, but they blocked me and emailed me that the it won’t help me. Their “F” rating with the BBB is well earned by them. If you have the displeasure of ever speaking with the owner, Matt, he will probably tell you about having to wait for his Range Rover that he paid for my scamming others. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I truly wish I was warned prior as well.

On August 19, 2022 this company had subcontractors trespass on my property without any permission whatsoever. They drove bobcats on my lawn and ruined it! They parked in front of my neighbors' driveways. Everyone came out of their houses to see what was going on! They finally left after doing destruction to my side yard. They left a mess of dirt in front of my home. I did not press charges but I did call the Sheriff's Office who came by and said that they had criminally trespassed on my property. It turns out they were going to install a pool for a neighbor that I have never met. Neither the pool company or the neighbor bothered to ask me if they could use my side yard to drive bobcats across it and risk ruining my grass, ac, sprinklers and water lines! They just decided to trespass on my property and damage it without my permission. My other neighbors are furious also because of the mess they left behind. I had to go online just to find out what pool company had trespassed on my property by looking for the neighbor's permit. I NEVER WANT TO SEE THIS POOL COMPANY ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN! I will press criminal trespassing charges if they ever trespass on my property again.

Company has no customer service whatsoever. And a warning for anyone that uses them do not give final payment until they finish everything they will skip around to hit milestones on the contract then never come back my pool is still only half functioning. I would give zero stars if possible.
