3MG Roofing really came through for us when we couldn't depend on our insurance company to do the right thing. Representative ***************** came to our house and our rescue. He worked with us from start to finished and took care of any concerns, problems and repairs. During the job ***** was quick to return calls and put our minds to rest with any issues. After the job was complete ***** walked the premises with me to make sure it was clean and clear of any nails or debris. We examined the roof together and found a couple things that needed attention, but ***** got on the phone while I was there and had the crew come out right away to address the issues. We were never asked for any additional money along the way. The roof and any issues were taken care of and all settled with in a weeks time. I highly recommend 3MG Roofing. Thank you for a great job and staying on top of things! I want to thank ***************** and 3MG for going above and beyond!

If youre looking for a roofing company that is honest, attentive, does great work and doesnt surprise you with excessive charges over the contract look no further than 3MG Roofing. We are extremely happy with our new roof and the service 3MG Roofing provided. ****** was with us every step of the way from bid to final inspection. He made sure we understood the process/timing. He was on the job every day watching, checking, cleaning up and answering all our questions. When it came to the final bill, ****** arrived with a bottle of wine! Scary right???? After all, our roof was 19 years old. We heard about companies that give a lower bid and then hit you with a ton of extra charges for repair work after the job is done. Not 3MG Roofers! ****** went over the project in detail including any necessary repairs and additional charges. He provided pictures and video to support all the work completed. There were no surprises. Job well done!!!

I want to express my extreme frustration with this company and the lack of communication I received from them during the entire process.Since this was an insurance claim they said they themselves were a general contractor and would be able to replace the window screens, gutters, dryer vents, and other outside damage. We agreed to all of the items on the claim.Come to find out that the company in fact didn't provide the general contract labor and they themselves outsourced it to other contractors! All of the contractors that showed up for work didn't speak English. They incorrectly matched the color of our gutters and fascia and instead of ordering the right material they tried to just paint it instead. Once the invoice finally came it showed us as past due, since they marked it of the day work started and not work being complete. There was no conversation of work actually being complete to verify. On the invoice they had work from the insurance claim that they never intended to complete! I had to fight for weeks for them to get it removed from the invoice.They then also reached out to my insurance company without me involved with the additional work they had to complete. That meant another insurance check that had to be indorsed by our mortgage company. Instead while waiting for the check to be returned, the company put a lien on our house! To try and ruin our credit score because of their lack of communication is so infuriating, especially since it's an insurance claim they know they were going to get their money. To me it seemed like an extremely bad practice for a company to bully someone that hired them when they were the ones not communicating to us at all!This company has shady practices in my opinion.

Working with 3MG Roofing was the most stress-free home improvement experience I have had to date. I had a sense of dread leading up to the start date of our roof being replaced, imagining weeks of unrest and chaos. But I was truly taken aback by how pleasant and positive it was to work with this company. The owners of 3MG are very trustworthy, caring members of our community, so it was no surprise to me their dedication and love for our community has trickled down and was also evident in each employee. Living in a large neighborhood full of older homes and constant projects, I see and hear of a lot of examples of what you DONT want in a roofing companyhuge messes that go on for months on end, employees who dont show up, and end results that are so frustrating. 3 m/g Roofing is top notch. The project manager, *******, helped me through the entire project, spoke with insurance, handled all of the paperwork. My roof looks amazing. No more leaks. He got the folks inside to repair ceiling damage and repaint my entire ceiling. ******* was very professional and polite at all times. Followed through on everything he said he would do. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Thank you 3 m/g for a job well done.
