I placed an order for a Skystream system in August 2023. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company through email and social media, I have yet to receive the product or any form of response. It is concerning that they continue to advertise their product on ******** while failing to fulfill existing orders. This situation raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the company. I kindly request a prompt refund and advise others to exercise caution when considering transactions with this entity.Initial Complaint

On November 2022 I placed an order for skystream Max *** for $124.99 plus tax shipping and handling. It's now December 2023 and I still have not received my ***. I have sent several emails and they gave excuses from we are out of stock to shipping issues and ask me to be patient with them. The last emails I sent went u answered. I ordered a skystream max **** on 11/24/2022, I still have not received my order upon contacting them by email the very few times they have responded back says they are waiting on a shipment and should be sent out in 7 to 10 days but those days never come, I paid $79.99 for the ****, I have asked them for a refund 2 times in the past months to no answer or email, I would like to have my money back, thank you.Initial Complaint

Placed order on ************************** on 11/28/2022. Received order confirmation. 12/11/2022 - Sent email asking for order status. 12/12/2022 - Received response stating they were receiving 2500+ new poxes by that week and all backorders will be filled and shipped immediately. 12/27/2022 - Sent email asking for order status. 12/28/22 - Received response apologizing and indicating SkyStream will be receiving a shipment of boxes within the next couple weeks. 1/26/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 1/27/23 - Received response; product has been pused back a few weeks and if all goes as planned, all backodrers will be filled and shipped immediately the same day. 2/10/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 2/14/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 2/15/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 2/16/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 2/18/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 2/20/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 3/5/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 3/6/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 3/9/23 - - Sent email asking for order status. 3/10/23 - Sent follow up email asking for status of order. 4/17/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 7/26/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 9//15/23 - Sent email asking for order status. 10/16/23 - Sent email asking for order status. Zero responses received since 2/10/23. I have left messages on SkySteams advertised ******** Support Group. This groups is simply a forum for user to chat about tips. There is no support here. Ironically, one of their Admins listed on this support group is SkyStream president, Phil Lelle. I have also left message on their Twitter site. I have also sent Messenger App messages to Phil L****, whom is listed as President of SkyStream. SkySteam is marketing their steaming boxes on their website but they are not fulfilling my order placed last November. I have order boxes prior with no issue and want this new one but they are not responding.Customer Answer

This is reply to ***** ********* message concerning the address for SkyStream Technologies.
I was able to locate the address and attached a PDF from the website this was obtained from.
I feel this is an accurate address because I also call the phone number listed for Phil L***** President of SkyStream. The greeting on the voicemail stated, "This is Phil, please leave a message.
Please re-open my complaint. I have tried in earnest. for months to simply get a reply to any of my email messages.

On Black Friday 2022 (11/25/22), I made a purchase online from Skystream because of their sale. Here we are, 10 months later, and I still do not have my items. I have emailed several times, sometimes getting no reply but also being told on July 13th it would be shipped in a week.Initial Complaint

Paid for device months ago and have just been getting lies via email with proof in the photos I posted there's no customer service number to contact them it's unrecognized and fake now they don't even answer my emails. Plus after I did the transaction with them coincidentally there was fraud wire transfers with my card number. Just scammers. I purchased a sky stream media player on 5/29/23 for 124.99 with free shipping, On the initial purchase shipping time would be from 5 to 7 business days. After a couple weeks I tried to reach out to them but the customer service number wasn’t working and they wouldn’t respond to my emails. I have sent numerous messages and tried to get PayPal involved to help. And a month went by and I get a notification from PayPal that my case was closed because I didn’t escalate the claim. But when I opened to PayPal claim I did get a response from them telling me on 7/14/23 that my skystream box would be shipped out next week. But that didn’t happen and tried to contact them a few more times for a refund and they won’t respond. I paid $250.00 for two Max boxes that I still haven’t received after 2 months. I would like my boxes or a refund. Order #******** I’m getting no response from the company after several inquiries.
