            I hired Lasoroc International and John G********* to work on my property at **************** at March 10 2022, I paid hi, $4000 next week through****** as he requested as partial payment to $12000 job. Initially, he told me we would apply for permit in couple weeks. Through out March he told me he is checking on permit, end of march he said that he applied for permits but city asked for revision to be made and by mid April. April 13 and 20 in two occasions he guarantied that he would start working on the house and permit. All of that was lie, I learned from building department, he never even talk to Orange City about permits till may 6th. I confronted him with the truth he apologized and promised application for the permits would be done following week, but he did not keep his promises to apply for permits until may 20th . When his contract was cancelled due to non delivery and now he is refusing the pay me back the deposit .
