Good Morning I am so glad that I went with this Company, from the beginning of my phone call and the service they provide to me. Mr. Jacob **** came to my home he answered all my questions, also had books on the color and materials. I was so pleased with the work they did around my property with the excellent service and crew who did the work, They worked hard from day one until they finish their work, even in the days& night when in Florida rain days approached. I so pleased, even when I spoke to Debbie for any concerns of mine. My decisions were met quickly. Thanks You

Roof Top Services is the worst company I have ever done business with. I would not recommend their services. I experienced numerous issues with this company. They did not initially do the full scope of the job I hired them to do. I had to push back to get them to schedule time to come back and finish the job. While replacing my roof they created a leak in my utility room. I was told by their roof contractor that repairing a leak is a "trial and error process." He notified me to call if the leak continued. Over a period of 4 months, I had to call them to repair the leak multiple times. The day they finished my roof project, I took one step out my back door and stepped on a rusty nail. I had to be rushed to a clinic to get a tetanus shot. We reported the issue to Roof Top Services immediately and they were unwilling to do anything about it. During that week, my husband got a nail in his tire and he also stepped on a nail in our driveway. We reported it and the company did not care. Other issues I had to deal with included but not limited to:-Contractors stole an item from my property -No direct communication from Roof Top from start to finish. I had to call them and email them repeatedly to get questions answered or get on their schedule. -They did not always show up on scheduled days. -Contractors pressure washed my roof for 4 full days using my water without permission. Running up my water bill. -Roof was installed on top of my internet line cutting the internet. I was without internet for approximately 48 hours. The roof they installed on my house began leaking into a bedroom less than 2.5 years after they installed it. They were unwilling to honor their warranty and pushed me off to manufacture warranties for materials used. I was told by both manufacturing companies, the warranties were voided because of the methods Roof Top Services used to install the materials. This company caused significant damage to my property that had to be repaired in 2021.

made progress they didn't fulfill bob the sales person nit pick the new roof i had put on yrs that's right hired a different company to replace my roof when it leaked i fired them.and hired roof top bob told me.he would fix all the problems m&v construction services/roof exchange did wrong well they did do some what better but now that i have complained and they have failed inspections i am having trouble contacting them when i do they get argumentative and hang up on me will not reply to my text messages or phone calls i dont get it i payed they pulled off a brand new roof and they still try to make short cuts didn't ask for a deal or a discount and inspector just drove by didn't even get out of his car and passed it when there is clearly problems so not sure what to do but post it maybe this will help thanks for reading this
