I contacted this business through Seminole Toyota in December for a cracked windshield on my truck. I requested an OEM replacement since the truck was brand new and the owner claimed there were none available but he was able to order an aftermarket part. An installer was sent to my home for the replacement. Upon completion I noticed significant distortion on both sides of the windshield. I contacted the owner and he said it was defective and they would be out to replace it. A few days later the same installer came out and replaced the windshield a second time. Several weeks later I noticed after a rain that the windshield was leaking on both sides. I contacted the owner again and he said it must be defective and they'd order another replacement, to which I again asked for OEM replacement. A day later he again told me he could only get the same brand aftermarket part. I contacted ***** and asked if they could approved OEM replacement with ********, which they did and ******** was able to replace 2 days later. Upon removing the old windshield the ******** technicians noted serious installation flaws including the windshield not being primed properly and too thin of sealant. They also showed me that the driver side A post had rust due to water intrusion from the shoddy installation. Now I've been dealing with this issue for 4 months when it should've been taken care of correctly in December. I also have rust damage that I have to pay a deductible to repair since it's considered body damage. I attempted to contact the company to discuss the damages but the owner now refuses to answer my calls. This was a simple matter that turned into a major issue for me and could've been avoided if they would've ordered the part I'd asked for and sent a competent installer to do the job.
